   Objectives of the agreement:
   - exchanges of experience between the leaders of the two cities
   -developing a tool of cooperation between private companies
   - promoting the collaboration between the companies from the secondary industry (ex. production    of goods) and the tertiary industry (ex. selling of goods)
   - facilitating the development in the area of tourism
